Elizabeth Clarke

Director—Training and Development

Elizabeth possesses a decade of administrative and human resources experience. As Director –Training and Development, Liz implements key employee development programs and skills training for all Summit employees. In this role, she keeps Summit in compliance with client requirements and helps the company adapt to the ever evolving needs of our customers. Liz is also responsible for developing and implementing multiple initiatives that will assist in higher employee engagement and retention.

Liz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Farmingdale State University. She is an active member of SHRM, American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and Association for Talent Development (ATD).  Liz has completed the SHRM Essentials of HR course at New York Institute of Technology.

Liz received the Richard N. Auletta Founder’s Award in 2017.
