Director - Human Resources; Diversity & Inclusion Officer
Natalie has more than a decade of experience in Human Resources Management at Summit. As Summit’s Director of Human Resources, Natalie identifies, develops and implements corporate wide talent acquisition programs, processes and channels to attract and hire qualified individuals to meet Summit’s hiring needs. Natalie directs dedicated human resources managers and specialists throughout the firm’s regional offices, ensuring strict adherence to laws and regulations as well as employment policies and standards. She is the benefits administrator for Summit’s employee benefits programs and is a trustee of the 401k pension plan.
As our Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Natalie will spearhead Summit’s numerous programs and initiatives in support of our D&I goals. In this role, she encourages the development of Summit’s diverse and inclusive environment that promotes equity and embraces and empowers excellence in all employees.
Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Saint Joseph’s College in Patchogue, NY. She has earned her Certified Professional (CP) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Natalie is a New York State Certified Security Guard Instructor. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS). Natalie is a member of the Tri-State Diversity Council and is a Local Council Representative for the NY, NJ and CT Chapters.
She received the Richard N. Auletta Founder’s Award in 2017.
