Pamela Woulfe

Director - Human Resources

Pamela has almost 30 years of experience in human resources management, including more than 10 years within the security industry. As Summit’s Director of Human Resources, Pam directs dedicated human resources managers and specialists throughout the firm’s regional offices, ensuring strict adherence to laws and regulations, as well as Summit’s recruitment, employment screening, training, and employment policies and standards. She is the benefits administrator for Summit’s employee benefits programs and is a trustee of the 401k pension plan.

She joined Summit in 2005 as Human Resources Manager at the Long Island Regional Office and was later promoted to Senior Human Resources Manager at the corporate headquarters in Uniondale before becoming Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Summit, Pam served as Director of Human Resources and Director of Operations for a wholesale importer for 11 years.

Pam earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from SUNY College at Old Westbury, and she has completed credits toward her Master of Social Work degree from Adelphi University. She has completed numerous human resources professional development courses, including in the areas of workplace privacy, workplace violence, labor laws, and the legal aspects of human resources administration. Pam is a New York State Certified Security Guard Instructor and the Director of Summit’s New York State Certified Security Training School. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
