Robert Garcia

Regional Manager

Robert has more than 30 years of combined law enforcement and security industry experience. As Regional Manager, Robert directs services provided to Summit’s New Jersey clients. He oversees security operations at corporations, universities, hospitals, and other organizations managing critical infrastructure.

He spent 10 years as a police officer with the New York Police Department (NYPD), conducting narcotics investigations and analyzing crime trends. After leaving the NYPD, he served in senior security management roles at healthcare and transportation services providers in the New York-New Jersey region. Most recently, he oversaw branch operations for a national security services provider in New York City.

Robert received a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University. He completed the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative training program at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
