Accordingly, we have established this Privacy Policy to ensure that a visitor’s or a customer’s information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. We are providing you with this policy statement to inform you of the kinds of information we may gather during your visit to this Site, why we gather customer information, what we use the information for, under what circumstances we may disclose such information, and how you can instruct us to limit the use of that information. As we continue to develop our website and incorporate new technologies to improve communication, this Privacy Policy will evolve and, therefore, we may update our Privacy Policy from time to time, so you should review it periodically. By using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

What Information We Gather:

We may collect personal identification information (“Personal Information”) from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.  If you visit our Site anonymously, we will collect personal identification information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. How We Use the Information We Gather:

We may use your Personal Information for such purposes as responding to your requests, processing and filling customer orders, improving our services, communicating with you, and informing you of special offers and discounts. We may also share your Personal Information as described below.  Except as provided herein, we will not release your Personal Information to a third party unless you have granted us permission to do so.

How We Use “Cookies”:

A “cookie” is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing information about you. Summit, like many other companies, uses cookies to collect information. Cookies can also enable us to learn your interests and enhance your experience on our Site. For example, we use cookies to let us know that you are a prior customer. We do not store any Personal Information or financial information about you using cookies.

Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but allow you to instruct your browser to prevent the use of cookies (the “Help” portion of the toolbar on most Web browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether). If you disable this feature, you may still use our Site, but certain aspects of the experience with Summit may be impacted.

Sharing of Personal Information:

We work closely with third parties to bring you our services. In that regard, we may share information when another company is involved so that company can perform its functions. Examples include sending postal mail and e-mail. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

Links to Other Sites:

You may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies.
